The R&D Center has an advanced automotive product test base and formed a complete system of test and analysis standard of enterprise products.There are many special test bases such as for a complete vehicle, engine, chassis, body, electric, non-metal, engine accessories and components, strength, vibration, collision, tyre and etc, and two automotive proving grounds with tropical zone weather feature and frigid zone weather feature respectivelly: Hainan Automotive Proving Ground and Nongan Automotive Proving Ground which are fitted with an advanced interrnational level MTS whole vehicle road simulating test system.. Multi-point exciting vibration measuring system, automatic engine control test system .comprehensive engine emission analysis system,fuel evaporation and exhaust emission measuring system and other related facilities, developed by ourselves a batch of international-levelled test equipments such as electrohydraulic servo fatigur test system,tyre statics characteristic test bench and etc,to test and analyze strictly and regularly the performances and qualities of various complete vehicles and their assemblies and meet the requirements in automotive product developing and basic reseaches.
