Hainan Automotive Proving Ground, founded in 1958, is the first modern muggy automotive road test base in China. It can be used for model decision tests and quality examinations of domestic automotive products and can be used for the commodity inspections for import and export vehicles, also it can provide the scientific and authoritative inspection reports.
The proving ground is located in Jiaji town of Qionghai city, Wuzhi mountain area above the sea level of 670 meters, with an annual average temperature of 23.9℃, average humidity of 85%, the exposure test site with 21,000 square meters can be used for almost 100 inspection items such as the complete vehicles, engines and non-metal automotive materials according to the international standards. The high speed loop test track, with 6.04km long, consisting of main curve, reverse curve, transition curve and straight line, and the comprehensive compelled bad road, with 10km long, consisting of 16 curved road conditions can meet requirements for road tests by various vehicles.
